RETURNS & REFUND
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Drunken Kitten we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and in its original conditions. This applies to any item despatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 28 days of receipt and send us your return slips via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you out.
We will accept returns for store credit only within 28 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt attached.
However, some items are not eligible for a return, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.
Returns for are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item. Please note that items that are not eligible for a return are refunded via store credits.
We’re happy to process store credit and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 3-5 days of processing.
Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
Pre-order items will not be entitled for return.
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, we’re happy to accept exchanges on a garment that is unworn if we have ready stock of the size you would like to exchange, please email at email@example.com or WhatsApp us to check 019 233 6932.
However, clearance items cannot be exchanged.
If it's a pre-order item, we might not have ready stock for the item you would like to exchange, hence exchanges might not be applicable in that situation.
This applies to any item despatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 3-5 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Drunken Kitten during the exchange.
You can get our return instructions on the returns sheet here which makes sending it back hassle-free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Just send us an email at Info@drunken-kitten.com with the title EXCHANGE- YOUR-ORDER-NUMBER and we’ll be happy to help you out.
When filling out the sheet in the email, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item.
If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at info@Drunken-Kitten.com
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
We take pride in our Drunken Kitten items, so anything returned should be new, or unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you’re returning something faulty, damaged, or soiled please contact info@Drunken-Kitten.com prior to sending any return.
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
To minimize delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
